2Unitek EMT
Unitek EMT offers state-of-the-art EMT courses taught by experienced professionals.
The classes include real-world scenarios and hands-on training.
Upon successful completion of the 140-hour Emergency Medical Technician program, graduates receive a Certificate of Completion and are eligible to sit for the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians written/cognitive examination.
To be eligible to sit for the exam students must achieve a minimum score of 80% in the program and successfully complete at least 130 hours of the 140-hour EMT program.
This examination is a requirement for certification as an Emergency Medical Technician in some states, including Arizona.
Enrollment. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or proof of equivalent education and achieve a score of at least 250 on the entrance exam.

3International Barber College
International Barber College provides courses for Barbers, Barber Instructors, and Barber/Cosmetologist crossover courses.
The College prepares students in obtaining their Arizona State License in Barbering or Barber Instructor.
During the 1500-hour Barber Course, students learn hair cutting, hair styling, Arizona law, Chemical applications, shaving, massage/facials/shampoos and much more.
During the 500-hour Instructor program students learn about the Arizona Barber Rules & Statutes, student & classroom communication, lesson planning, classroom, and student management and much more.

4A-Z School of Dental Assisting & Front Office
The A-Z School of Dental Assisting & Front Office in Gilbert offers a 12-week course that prepares students who want to start a career as dental assistants.
The school offers small class sizes with multiple instructors; courses are held in a working dental office.
Each program consists of 96 weeks of classroom and laboratory/clinical instruction.
Students learn about disinfection and sterilization, radiology, diagnostics, coronal polish, CPR and much more.

5Chandler Real Estate Training Center
Chandler Real Estate Training Center offers training classes for future real estate professionals.
Students have 6 months to complete the 18 sessions of the program and the school test.
Those who take the morning and evening sessions, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday can complete the course in 3 weeks.
The 18 sessions are all different topics, so students can start classes at any time.
The school also offers a 90-hour Broker licensing course on weekends.

Valley Vocational Academy in Tempe is providing training for future nursing assistants.
The course teaches students how to perform basic nursing tasks related to a person’s care.
The course can be completed in four weeks and consists of three-week classroom instruction and one week of training at a clinical site.

8Conservatory of Recoring Arts and Sciences
Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences is an audio recording, sound engineering, and music production school.
At CRAS students learn how to use the same kind of gear they will find in professional studios; they receive training in broadcasting, video game, film, television, and other audio media.
Graduates can build successful careers as recording engineers, game audio designers, live audio engineers, broadcast engineers, sound effects engineers, environmental sound designers and more.
The program can be completed in 48 weeks: it consists of 36 weeks of on-campus hands-on study 12 weeks of internship.

Chandler Air Service offers flight training programs from Private to Multi-engine and advanced aerobatics and tailwheel training.
Chandler Air Service is a CATS testing facility and can administer written exams.
All flight training programs can be tailored to fit an individual’s needs.
Enrollment. Students need an FAA medical certificate prior to solo.

10The Bartending Academy of Tempe
The Bartending Academy of Tempe offers bartending classes for those who want to change their careers or supplement their income.
Graduates are able to work anywhere; the course provides students with the knowledge and skills required to perform as competent bartenders at an entry-level.
The 40-hour Bartending course covers over 150 drinks, as well as beers, wines, customer service, private parties, and responsible liquor service.
